General Information
Description of ProgramBabyNet is for children under the age of 3 who are learning or developing slowly. It offers services to help the child and family address the delays or disability. Some of the services that the child may get are:

* Medical care
* Physical therapy
* Social work services
* Psychological services

Services are chosen based on a custom plan for the child created by BabyNet and the family. Some of the services are provided directly by BabyNet. If a service is not available from BabyNet, BabyNet will arrange for another agency to provide the service(s).

Intake ProcedureTo refer a child to BabyNet, call the CareLine at 1-800-868-0404. Anyone may refer a child (parents, friends, doctors, day care providers, etc.)
