Description of ProgramThe SC Pathways Toward Employment (SCPTE) Project provides updated and accurate information about work incentive programs, work options, and related issues to Social Security Administration beneficiaries with disabilities so that they may make more informed choices regarding work and transitioning into the workforce. In cooperation with the Social Security Administration, the SCPTE Project aims to increase the employment rate of South Carolina residents with disabilities through statewide community-based work incentive planning and assistance.
