Description of ServiceThe Marlboro County Council on Aging offers health and wellness classes for seniors throughout the year, including the following:
Living Well - an effective self-management education program for people with chronic health problems [arthritis, diabetes, lung and heart disease, etc];
Recreational Exercise - covers a variety of range-of-motion and endurance-building activities, relaxation techniques, and health education topics; and
Matter of Balance - designed to reduce the fear of falling, stop the falling cycle, and increase the physical activity levels in older adults.

Public TransportationTransportation is available for MCCOA members to and from the meal/activity site and for some local errands/appointments.
Facility/ADA AccessAccessible parking is available; the facility has a ramp.

Fee AmountsMembers pay a small yearly fee. Services are free; donations are accepted.
